Sorcerous Supernumeraries

Sad-looking Denizens who failed their exams to become proper sorcerors and will never have a chance of getting a better post in the Upper House.

They stand outside in the rain all night and during the day they follow grease monkeys around to keep an eye on them in case the Piper shows up.
